not sure it it's age related, but my teeth are starting to hurt if I eat a sugary item.

How about when you eat or drink something cold or hot?  Mine are sensitive too.  :tard:

Mainly just the sweet stuff.

I dunno, maybe you have little pinholes in all your enamel, or maybe one new cavity
is transmitting pain to other parts of your mouth.  Do you have a regular dentist?  :tard:

Yes, he lives across the street and called the diner to let them tell me the house was on fire and to come home.

I'm sorry your Palace burned, and hope it's on the way to full restoration.

Toothpaste for sensitive teeth may help. Not only works for hot and cold.

I use toothpaste for my sensitive teeth too.  It definitely helps.  :tard:

I just came to the realization that I need reading glasses just to see the fine detail that I used to be able to see with the naked eye 15 years ago.   :bigcry:

I wonder if it's the TIG welding that has caused the damage? Perhaps I can sue my employer!   :MLA:

It's because you're getting old. :zoinks:

I'm nearly 42 and I have to take my glasses off to read a book or anything else close up. Better than a separate pair of reading glasses I suppose.

The reading glasses change was really painful for me. My main hobby requires being able
to read pretty tiny text. At first, regular magnifiers worked, for about 2 years or so.
Now it's a whole lot worse. There's still a tiny window where I can see with naked eyes -
but no way it's reasonable to do so.

I've been to the optometrist and she said I could get reading glasses if I wanted to but if I'm comfortable to take my glasses off to read, then I can just do that. The cost of an extra pair of glasses? No way. I shouldn't have to get reading glasses ever because I'm short-sighted. Well, in my stronger right eye anyway.

My most recent trip to the Optometrist resulted in my first pair of bifocals. Same with the SO but we took to them differently. I loved mine and had no issues adjusting. He hated his and gave up trying to adjust.
