Dunno about the tantrum being fake, but that hardon was. Generally a morning wood would disappear not long after you get up, but to sustain it during a tantrum like that would be a huge effort.

Even if the video were faked, the kid would have had to be on Viagra to keep it up that long without being aroused.

How do we know the interview wasn't faked?

I mean, a video of the actual interview would have been proof for me that it was real, but not an audio over the video of his tantrum..... Hmmmmm.
