I took my husband to the airport and my daughter to school yesterday, then I found out that her school was having a picnic after school, so I decided to stick around and help.  She attends a special school for autistic children that is some distance from our home.  She is doing pretty well there, so I think that the long ride there and back every day is worth it even though I have to go with her there and back, so my ride is twice as long as hers.  I'm just grateful that our school district chose to do the best thing for her and send her to this private school.
