END OF ROLL - stock number 2215 - printed in China - between the sheets.

I actually did get a fortune cookie once where the paper was wider than they usually are and the bottom edge looked like it was pulled off a cardboard roll.  The fortune said END OF ROLL and the stock number.  When they make fortune cookies, the fortunes on a roll of perforated paper, for each cookie, they pull a fortune off the roll (like the "take a number" things) and place it in the cookie dough before they shape it and bake it.
