Hah, when I play too much of a game say like Mario Galaxy, my dreams are pretty much just me searching for shit constantly, its like a crazy nightmare, you wake up all crazy like all during the night.

That sucks.

I sometimes dream that I'm a Doom level, killing monsters.

Haven't had one of those in a while, but I love killing monsters.

Because you have a job and a life and stuff and don't play games until your brain bleeds?

I still wouldn't mind taking down Doom monsters all night. Maybe then I'd quit bashing the people around me instead.

I think I had a Rick Dangerous dream back during my Amiga days, but that's about as close I can get to Doom. :P

Rick Dangerous 1 or 2? I really liked 2

Whats worse is when I played too much X-Wing and Tie-Fighter. Would dream all night about flying through star fields.

It's not as cool as it sounds.

I had a dream last night that I went back to work at my old office.  My boss was still there, and he told me how much they had struggled without me there.  I immediately began working on an incendiary device.
I came to this world with nothing
and I leave with nothing but love,
everything else is just borrowed.

Fuck it, we'll do it live.

I've had dreams before that I was paralized and unable to get away from someone or something, (like a saw blade moving toward me).  I wasn't tied down or anything, just unable to move my mucscles.

Callaway?  What's your take on that one?

Think it was the first one. I never got into #2.

I'm not Callaway, but I thought that was linked to sleep paralysis. At any rate, I get that sometimes too.

Pyraxis is correct that people are physically paralyzed during the REM stage of sleep, which is when we dream, so dreaming that you are paralyzed may reflect the current literal state of your body.

However, dreaming that you are paralyzed may mean you are feeling helpless or pinned down in some aspect of your waking life. You may feel unable to deal with a situation, you may feel that you can't do anything to change it, or you may have difficulties in expressing yourself.
