I've had dreams before that I was paralized and unable to get away from someone or something, (like a saw blade moving toward me).  I wasn't tied down or anything, just unable to move my mucscles.

Callaway?  What's your take on that one?

Pyraxis is correct that people are physically paralyzed during the REM stage of sleep, which is when we dream, so dreaming that you are paralyzed may reflect the current literal state of your body.

However, dreaming that you are paralyzed may mean you are feeling helpless or pinned down in some aspect of your waking life. You may feel unable to deal with a situation, you may feel that you can't do anything to change it, or you may have difficulties in expressing yourself.

Thanks to you BOTH!   but sadly, that's what my other nightmare meant too.    I guess its trying to tell me something....
Feeling neutral is very normal.
