Looks more like a psychology book to me for kids who were sexually abused who are in the same situation as the boy.

I think the book was called Alfie's Home. There is also a thread about this on WP, that's where I got the link from and the name of the book.

What a fucked up book. It wouldn't surprise me if some religious and/or homophobic-type wrote this. Not to mention that it glosses over the sexual abuse.

I've seen it before, but it wasn't in real life, it was those exact pictures.

It's fucked up.
I came to this world with nothing
and I leave with nothing but love,
everything else is just borrowed.

Fuck it, we'll do it live.

I believe that sums up the theme of the thread.

What do you think of it, besides that it's fucked up?

He told me I needed his time, touch and talk.

So, his dad is supposed to pick up where his uncle left off?  Also, is this book trying to teach kids that if they tell people about their relationships with adults, the person they're shagging won't be repeatedly tasered by a bunch of police officers and then sent to prison where they'll be stabbed and beaten on a regular basis, and be effectively excluded from society for the rest of their life if they survive and get released?

I'm sure it's in their job description to plunge shitholes whenever they can.
