What about sanitary napkins?

Hate them and only wear them at night.

They feel so yucky and just there as opposed to tampons, were one can even delude herself that she isn't on her period

i used to use tampons, but converted (back) to towels cos i wanted to get my head round the fact that bleeding isn't something terrible: for women of my generation, it was never talked about, and was supposed to be disgusting.

i've used a keeper/mooncup for the past few years, though, and would never change back, although i use organic cotton washable towels sometimes. i think the keeper is a great invention: environmentally friendly, no chance of TSS, and my roses grow beautifully. ;)

Don't forget films!

I don't trust a mooncup for some reason.

Also it's too much bother for a lazy git like me

I had a look at this thread earlier and wanted to suggest "books", but then the discussion was all about tampons and I didn't dare to interrupt. :hide:

they're great for whipping out and chucking at a wall, btw - they stick brilliantly, and then slide down.  :LMAO:
