Horrible. The last people I can trust enough are losing their minds and I have ran out of people I can safely offload onto. What a fucking mess.

Exhausted, I seem to always be tired lately.   Just have no energy, especially at night.    I have always been a night time person too.

It will be fine, the mess is a good few hundred miles away from me. Just something I am going to have to ignore this time.

Don't get me wrong here, I have good friends, just ones that I am worried might try and do something on my behalf and mess up the situation more.

it's called aveeno, and is based on colloidal oats.  sadly, it's made by johnson and johnson, who are pretty much at least fledging bastards.  :'(

anyway, one application lasts 24 hours-ish - i generally slap on something else at some point, but not much, and it beats the six times a day job i had to do before.
