it's funny.
If I work out really hard on the bag, I go to bed dying from pain, but I wake up feeling like a teen whenI get four or five hours of REAL rreally restfull (instead of all that fucking life living on some other plane crap!) sleep.
I have managed this two days in a row.
I just hope my guts, to keep up the work-out hold a while, because this makes me feel almost healed.
Yes there was alcohol in the mix.
