My arm and hand hurt still from the fall and now my neck is starting to hurt.  Who would have thought a simple sideways fall in the parking lot would be so annoying?

Still sick with some kind of virus. Have had a lot of anxiety the last few days too for a variety of reasons. I hate anxiety.
