Yeah, I really got on with him, hope he is ok.

I don't know, I haven't heard from him since about 2007. I was kind of hoping you would know. The last person I know who had any contact with him was BeeBee. Dunno if she's still around any of the autism forums.

Last I knew he was doing all right. BeeBee helped him get on social services and into counselling and he had a little apartment in the same town where she lived. He was doing some kind of project with keyboard music.

Sometime in either 07 or 08 I was mailing with him, and he sent me a distressed mail in all Caps saying "I'm not doing well, things are hard".  And I sent Beebee a pm on WP and she said she would check on him.  But then she disapeared and both of them stopped replying to messages.  I have mailed him a few times since then with no response.

As far as I remember, he left his home in california to travel to the other side of the usa to stay with beebee, by a long bus trip with lots of changes, and he posted his route and said that any WP members near his stops could meet him.  I think he met 5 or so, and he wrote about his trip as he was on it, which I found really exciting to read.  He was very evocative in decribing the rural bus stop towns.

I don't know everyone that he met, but I was one of them, and there was a couple whom I think lived in Vegas. He went all the way out to Massachusetts before circling back to where BeeBee lived.
