Haven't seen that thread. I am far behind in reading posts here. I was actually current on every post, until I started to work in October. I have missed a lot since then, but I would rather be working than reading old posts, even though I have a delusion that I get to know how people think by reading their words.
I doubt that there would be any drama, anyway. If a liar shows up, most people just call them so and point out why the person is full of shit. It never leads to anything of interest. People who depend on a literal interpretation of the world do seem to have less tolerance for lies, though. That tendency also makes any lies that much more obvious and indefensible.
