Well, since getting up at 11 a.m. plays havoc with the family, probably a sleeping aid so I can somehow learn to get up at 7 a.m., assuming 7 a.m. really exists.

I can vouch for it existing here. Was the perfect time to slap the alarm, and drift back to the land of Nod again.

Yes, I overslept, and, that without melatonin. fourth good night in about a month, first good night without melatonin.

I know that it exists because that's the time I usually wake my daughter if she hasn't already woken up herself.

Some of the above sounds like a good idea but I'm having port wine cheddar on stoned ground cracker drug. Thinking a beer (easier on the liver) would be a safe addition.
