Are your legs overly-affected by drugs?

my legs always seem to cop it
whether i'm drunk, or on meds, it fucks up my legs
do other people get this too/?

i feel like a have a fucking migraine in my legs!!!!  :'(

I think you're maybe dehydrated from meds and not drinking enough water.  It makes your legs crampy.

im trying to avoid drinking too muich so i dont need to go toilet/shower as often
i have lucozade too, and i :pinkbeat: lucozade so it's very hard
christ my legs are hurting so fucking much
maybe its to do wkith being in bed so long as well

You need to get up and run a mile or two...around your bedroom at least!   :P

I used to get so wound-up as a kid that I'd go outside and run around my house three times, then come back and try to finish my math homework.  If I can't move, I'll go nuts.  I'm so hyper.

Take paracetamol and eat something salty.  You might have an electrolyte imbalance if you've been peeing a lot, and that could cause muscle cramps.

thanks when i get up i need to get a shower first or my ocd will go mental - aftger ive done that i'll get some codeine and neurofen

i have crisps.... those are slaty

the pain isnt as bad now... i hope it goes away

banged my nose on my laptop as well :'(

That's what I was going to say.

Used to get really bad cramps in my toes, the pain was unbelieveable.

the pain isnt unbearable aanymore
i think flo cured me

The muscles in my feet spasm too, sometimes.  It usually happens when I flex them, and sometimes the muscle doesn't seem to notice when I stop sending the signal to it to contract, so it just gets tighter and tighter until it tires.

i dont want to take meds. the only side effect i remember having on the anti depressant was not being able to use my tool :thumbdn:
