i absolutely never eat fish, unless its zipperfish and i eat that raw.

i was like you.  i got sick everytime i drank for years.
but i was a persistent little bugger.  and eventually i stopped getting sick.  i simply liked the feeling of my stomach dropping and my head spinning, and not really thinking. 
my mind is constantly racing at a kazillion miles perhour.

i really enjoy the rest that slowing my head down provides me.
