Pretty much, the thing I most hope to learn from
this little step is whether anyone was given full rights
who had otherwise been denied. Because, that would
probably mean someone who just cannot be trusted.
The automatic email notification registry thing isn't going either or it's really slow tried to open an other account with new name and email and got no response
Not open to guests either? It used to be. Someone
REALLY went out of their way to shut it down, if so.
I'm guessing one person only, who might have had
that kind of dedication to do so. Ah well, well worth
learning such about someone I'd not have thought that
little of.
