Still strikes me as paranoia. Problem is, those who
are most worried leave, thus making it unlikely
as hell that we'd migrate to not showing IPs.

Probably a good thing though - that would spoil
the equality.

As to rules, I'm rather opposed, at the moment,
to there being any rules. It's NOT a democracy.
However, I'll not stand in the way of those who ARE
interested in imposing rules.
