maybe you should go to a doctor to get a check up. maybe you're pre-diabetic or something. though in the meanwhile you should eat proper food and see if that helps.

alcohol? my mum knowx im depressed and is worried a lot, she knows i been drinking to stop feeling it, if i start asking i will look even more desperate
in have to go and stay at my grandpapernts (my mum's mum) in march because my mum doesnt trust me here on my own for a couple days
and i realised just then that i need to work out a way she wnt see the lines on my arm, i hae a fucking russian WORD on there, im fucked if she seees and shes much more likely to as its easy to hide at home
