She survives and has really bad scars from being burnt all over her body.   Her left eye is permanently fucked for the most part.    Her hands are melted, its just tragic.    City probably has no good bars you can walk to, so all the drunk people drive and nobody can manage to apparently stay sober enough to be the designated driver.   The person who hit this girl's car was underage though (17?) lol.
