Tried with omega 3 before, didn't make any difference, it just smells and taste bad.

Everyone besides aspies.  I see people just forget or are fuckn lazy leaving their coffee on the shelves at strores.  Carpenter left in on the boiler in my closet, and my brother left one of my doors open.  Those people are not overweight, at least, don't appear to be.
