I'm drinking hemp oil to help with my AS

Ah. Friday night. The weekend!
I'm gonna start a topic about a natural health topic for autistics.

Yes I two table spoons a day of hemp oil a day washed down with chocolate soy milk. It contains omega 3 oils that a person with Autism needs. People who are on the Autism spectrum are missing around 70% of the natural occurring omega 3 oils in their brain. it has been working for me. I'm less depressed  and don't cry over everything stupid thing I don't have Ringo on the brain all the time
If you can't get a hold of hemp or if it is illegal (obviously it being related to cannabis)
You can take fish oil or Flax seed oil My Autie buddy Carlos is taking fish oil and he's less obsessive and less wired.
it takes about 2 weeks to kick in.
I learned this from a naturopath doctor.

I have to warn you the hemp oil looks like sludge and when you taste it you wish you were drinking fluid from the septic tank.

If I keep taking this I may no longer need to take pharmaceuticals (My seraqiul and Cipalatram) I even get little buzzes from it. It takes about a month to kick in though.

I'd probably take you up on that just for the challenge. But I doubt I'd take hemp oil for therapeutic reasons. In some ways I feel lucky and in others I feel sad that I'm on the few Autistics that don't have many issues with nervous anxiety or anxiety in general and the problems that can occur because of that (ie: depression etc). I often wonder why I'm the lucky one...

But if it works for you that great :)

Yes. I said fish oil has omega 3 too.

but I have a severe allergy to seafood  (Anaphelictic shock)
Also I'm a vegetarian I don't eat anything that has a face or the same organs as I do.
Tried going vegan but cheese ans chocolate tastes way too good.

I believe they were out of the shell at the time my mother learned I was allergic.
