No, I didn't support the move of Odeon's and Lucifer's posts, although I did comment on the fact that it was a big pain in the neck when Omega later eliminated the forum and scattered the posts from it all over the place, because that made them difficult to find.  Omega did all that on her own, if I remember correctly.  I felt like she was mad at Lucifer and Odeon and was trying to segregate them by age since the board title was something like Over Forties Forum of Filth, so of course I posted there a lot too, just like lots of people posted in the Ginseng Forum so Randy would not post in there all by himself.  If you are curious, here is the discussion about starting the Ginseng Forum for Randy to post in:

Yes, Emoga was mad at me and Lucifer, for some reason. I never did understand why.

Strikes me as a fucking shitty way
to express such.

:plus: to callaway, for that link.
The thread is amazing. Flo makes
sense, and it really helps me see what
people thought about it then.

I think 'twas a bad idea. But, given
that flo supported it, it's no worse than
letting a member ask for a ban.

Remember that it happened before the admins were elected by the membership.

I wasn't here then.
How were they selected?

I would argue that it was exactly the same thing, but just a question of degree in exactly how many posts were moved.

Doesn't feel EXACTLY the same.
Given that 'twas targeted at ongoing conversations,
rather than merely moving something which had perhaps
been only misplaced.

IIRC, didn't you support the move?

Of course, NOW, you seem to take every
confrontational stance that you can with me.

I would say that from my point of view, you are the one who often takes a confrontational stance with me, Calandale.

I was actually agreeing with what you and Odeon were saying, about Omega moderating the board by moving his and Lucifer's threads and you moderating the board by wanting to move the What Did You Eat Today thread, except for a question of degree in the number of posts movd, then you were the one who argued that it didn't feel EXACTLY the same.

Yes, Emoga was mad at me and Lucifer, for some reason. I never did understand why.

Maybe she was jealous of you?

You are welcome.

I thought you might like reading it, but you should also read some other threads from that time to see how Randy was hijacking most discussions then, so you could understand why the idea was suggested in the first place.

That too.
I actually thought you had
been supporting the idea. Now, seeing
that you never had, I feel better.

I still see differences. Wasn't the games board a
newer addition though? If so, did it predate that
thread?

He does that now, doesn't he?
Don't we all?

Well, maybe not you, and a few others,
but certainly MANY of us.

I think both were in place when that thread was started. And in any case (and I've pointed this out before) the food thread does in no way violate the idea or suggested contents of the Basic Discussion board.

Right, but ANYTHING can go in there.
And the game threads have an addictive
quality, which makes them dangerous.

They dominate any page that they're on.
Everyone always has something they can
say on them, usually with little conversational
value.

It's important for everyone to know what I ate today and what I'm wearing.

See, IF she and I were serious,
we'd be actually playing in private.
The point is that we're just spamming.

What little flirting we do is still more
a matter of pure spam.
