Ham, turkey & munster on 100% whole wheat with mustard & mayo
Gala apple
2 eggs scrambled with a little shredded cheese on top, 3 pieces of turkey bacon, glass of 2% milk
Handful of dry roasted peanuts
Some potato chips
Banana
Some raspberries
Some dark chocolate
