Pipe broke.

I had a pipe broke in bedroom Saturday morning. Base board pipe broke. This place is thinly insulated. >:(

This is a lot of fun not. :yawn:

You rent so bust your landlords balls till they fix it.  Do you pay for the heat as well or is it a package?  If they pay they might want to upgrade the insulation if you do see if you can get the cost off your rent.  There are lots of government tax breaks and subsidies for this these days

Is it illegal to posses a crack pipe in the US?
It is in Oz but this law is only a few years old I think.

The law is iffy on that one. It's all about the quantity of testable/identifiable residue, unless it has changed recently. Having a brand new one sitting on your mantle is not a crime.

Of course, they would take it and destroy it, during testing. Some communities have laws against selling any kind of "drug oriented" paraphernalia, though. Local laws, not federal.

We used to have them in shop windows next to bongs a few years ago.

Actually a pipe stem in my mouth keeps me from grinding my molars together as much. What I do is freak out and bite down, just once and they break. It is not from wear -  it is from too hard of a bite, after being startled by something.

I have also broken a bicuspid the same way. I was talking when someone touched me wrong and I slammed my jaw shut, but it was crooked from forming vowel sounds, not aligned properly and a tooth broke.

 :'(

It didn't hurt, but it was sure a bummer!

Tend to hold mine with my canines, which is the source
of the problem. Have bitten down way too hard occasionally,
too though. Especially when trying to twist the bowl out
of the rain.
