Well, I ate a few Tortialls with Avacado and like half a fucking bag of lays flaming hot chips, :blonde:
I don't know why. I really don't

Later on tonite I'm making my meals for the next week. I usually plan & make this Red Kidney Bean surprise,  :police:

Started the day with lots of water, and muesli with apple juice. No dairy allowed in the morning.
Had coffee on my mid cycle break.
Nicked a biscuit from the cookie jar when I came home.

Don't know what I had for lunch. Had some bits of different things, but don't recall anything but a banana.

If you do not grow spices, then you should!!   My fennel was over eight feet high this year when it bloomed and made "fruit."  My Basil was huge as well, but I cut it all season. Oregano was a Mexican variety, known to grow tall and resist bolting in heat. You just have to have faith when you grow things and then enjoy what ever nature provides.

Just had some big fat juicy ripe and oh so sweet strawberries.
Now for a jar of pickled green olives to go with my bottle of lime citrus lager.
Had two cola-flavor calippo ice pops earlier.


I have a truly ravening hunger about me, having eaten nothing else save for 5-6 dry cream crackers, for until now, there was simply no food to eat, and no means of buying any either. Now I got paid not expecting to, and have almost 90 quids worth of nosh and drinks in the fridge, freezer and 2-3 cupboards full of more goodies. Think tomorrow I will do a triple cheese pizza with some added mozzarella and a couple of jars of olives liberally chucked over the top :)
