Cereal, french fries with fish, several sweets, ice cream Popsicle and salad. Also a candy bar.

Two course b'fast:
Egg muffin
Took top of muffin, put butter and strawberry jam, voila - 2 course dining at McDonald's.

  Breakfast:  2 boiled eggs with cheddar, 1 pink grapefruit.
        Lunch:  Ceasar salad with grilled chicken.
       Dinner:  Dry-roasted salted macadamia nuts, 2 Pink Lady apples.
  Cold water with everything.  :thumbup:
