Made a mackerel/pasta dish this evening. Based on a basic Italian tomato sauce but with some added anchovy to enrich it. It was nice but I threw in some dried herbs that I shouldn't.
Not really an herb noob here but it still happens at times. Well, it didn't ruin the dish, it didn't, but I was too carefreely tossing in some herbs de Provence and think one of the herbs in the mixture was a bit too much.
