Ate a warm wrap with some cheese, shallot, tomato but also with a artichoke heart (sliced) and I think the latter was the cause my stomach went oinky a little after eating the wrap. The artichoke hearts come (or I bought them) in a jar and they swim around in water with an acid-like preservative my system seem not to approve of much.
*note to self.. don't forget to soak them in water a while before you use them next time.
