What did you eat today?

Slices of bread with pesto, thin slices of tomato and cheese, heated in the oven.

Dinner was a mixture of lentil soup and alligator chilli.  Not bad.

'Mise en place' or pre-prepared (washed and chopped up) vegetables* before the wok goes on the stove..

(* onion, carrot, snap peas, leek, celery, pak choi, bean sprouts, mushrooms, ginger, cucumber, tomato and garlic)

Finished dish on plate.. (with rice and spicy pork)

With: cantharelle, 2 kinds of champignons, onion, leek, bacon, parsley, sour cream, a little bit of white wine (dry ofc.), almond slices, one glove of garlic and some salt und pepper.. (Totally ffffuckin' nice) (um, surry)
