Today i had spinach and ricotta cheese canneloni

Those were the days.  Haven't had a good milkshake in ages.  I just might go out and get one.

Ate half of a fried shrimp po-boy and half of a fried oyster po-boy.  Sausage on a biscuit for b'fast.

A uniquely New Orleans sandwich, also called a poor boy.  Usually ham, roast beef (with roast beef gravy), shrimp or oyster (AKA peacemaker if you bring it home late on a Friday night as a peace offering to the wife).  Variations include hamburger, sausage, meatball, french fry, etc.  It's served on 6 to 12 inches of french bread sliced horizontally.  If you want lettuce and tomato you order it "dressed".  Quite similar to a sub.

BTW - french fry po'boys are french fries and roast beef gravy on french bread.  It got it's name during the Depression when Martin's Bakery would sell one usually ham or french fry for 5 cents to the poor boys who couldn't afford anything more expensive.

I just ate a wrap filled with a slice of good quality ham, some cheese, onion rings and a tomato sliced up. This, rolled up and fairly warm out of a frying pan. Know what?

Ate two wraps this evening. One with smoked salmon and one with tuna. Also in them: rocket lettuce, onion, cucumber, tomato, garden cress, other things..
