Cheese grits and ham for b'fast
Chef Salad with Blue Cheese dressing for lunch

Today I have had poached skinless chicken breasts with a little tartar sauce (here) and ranch dressing (at work),
 steamed broccoli and carrots, pineapple chunks canned in their own juice, a little orange juice, a little grape juice,
 coffee with milk, water, and am now eating a banana!    8)

Good diet. Next time try chopping up a fresh pineapple CBC. Fresh pineapples rule. Arthur Brown rules too.  :headbang2: Arthur Brown likes pineapples too, probably roasted.  :police:
