I had nothing for breakfast, chicken parmigiana at the diner for lunch.

Baking chicken for dinner.  Will have chicken and cranberry dressing, green beans and carrots with it.

Increase in my stimulant meds last week. Ive had a loss of appetite. had a protien supplement drink for breakfast than after I worked I got an apple turnover. I wanted somthing better but a 25% off apple turnover? Who could resist.

Ersatz.  You can tell it's been ground, pressed and mashed.  However after a steady diet of egg mcmuffins on Tuesdays, I felt like a change.  Those are the only 2 items I will order for breakfast besides the oatmeal.  It comes on a bagel which I find too chewy, so I have them sub a a biscuit. 

Just finished pineapple sherbert.
