Sticking to chicken and beef for a bit, generally keeping my calories to under 1000 per day. For college, I'm just bringing water and 1 bag of crisps.Got to 16 stone (fucking hell, I know) so some measures need to be taken. Also need my metabolism kickstarted.

Cauliflower, with white sauce and nutmeg on top. Had baked potatoes with it, and, dare I say it, seasoned and baked tofu. And a salad of cucumber and lemon. Dessert "griesmeelpudding met rode bessensaus".
