My wife put together "Enchi-lasagna"  (inspired by Rachel Ray, but she made it from scratch using all southwest flavors, instead of starting with left over meatloaf, as RR suggests) which was ready for me to slam into the oven when dinner time approached.

An Apple and about 12 Lemonheads, with Mountain Dew to wash it all down. Will have some Cinnamon Graham Cracker soon as a snack. This is basically my new weekday diet while at work.

Dude, carry some cut carrrots or celery and cheeese or something that doesn't spoil over a day or two. (use a ziplock sandwich baggie and you can keep them in your pocket,FFS!)

I only eat whole Red Delicious Apples and I store a week's supply at a time in my mini-fridge in my cubicle at work, so they don't spoil. I don't eat carrots or celery.

Apples are nearly perfect. I was only objecting to the Lemonheads and Mountain Dew  (both of which are strongly enough flavored with chemical flavorings that they make my ears ring, as soon as I smell them. I have never tasted either of them.  I could not!).

I can totally accept the cookies for short term survival.
