After over a week of eating only fruits, vegetables and flowers, I have added some fat, light starch and protein to my intake today. I cut out heavy starches and fats ten days ago. I had only nuts for protein for two more days, then I cut that out.
Tonight, I made a stirfry using olive oil, onions, peppers, daylillies, pecans, pine nuts, almonds, marigolds, corn, and snowpeas. In a separate pan I made some chicken and rice for the kids with the stir fry as a topping. I just had the stir fry.
Don't worry, I'm not turning vegan or anything. I had not done a full body cleansing for over two years. I will re-introduce animal protein in the coming week, but for now, I am still enjoying the "hunger."
