google it, and see what they do to the calves.  it's repulsive, even more so than ordinary battery/intensive farming.

I have seen footage of how they made veal and it is nasty and terrible what they do to the calves to make their meat so tender.   That does not stop me from eating veal though.

I haven't eaten anything yet today, but I had a big chug of REAL coffee just a bit ago. Tried to drink some flavoured coffee at work and failed.

I have plans to make quiche cakes after my swim.


(take an egg heavy quiche recipe and don't bake it. pour out small portions onto an open griddle. Serve with fruit. Awesome.)

You must roast and grind the coffee yourself to make it real coffee. I'd grow it here too, unless the climate in Sweden made it impossible to grow Kenyan coffee.
