I cut back on the pills because I love vegetables, and for safety reasons, as in nutritional.
We don't know all our nutritional needs, but a diet rich in vegetables is likely to hit the unknowns. When vegetables get turned into concentrated pills they gain lots, but loose nutrients, so now I have more of the best of both worlds.
I have organic broccoli later, I can afford a few organic vegetables now, with the budget adjustment, and if I play my cards right, I might be able to increase the variety of photochemicals I get in my diet, and intake amount.
The subway salad I had yesterday was good, and they have alot of sodium. They have some nerve to, meat has a natural amount of transfat, transfat is a natural component of food? bullshit! Subway is a member of the doctor's association now? At least most of their stuff is good, the bread is not whole grain, but its low calorie, and delicious, I was just drueling over that salad.
