I made a really good beef pie with diced zucchini, carrots, onion, and a phyllo pastry topping. I ended up having two helpings which is rare for me.

Had pizza for dinner this evening. Not the frozen kind but a 'fresh' one from the supermarket. At home I pimp the thing up a little and add sliced onion, tomatoes, artichokes and black olives on top of it. Some good quality olive oil 'splashed' over all of it and.. into the oven. Highest T possible.. for p/m 7 minutes. Delissimo.

Leftover (2/5th) is for later on this evening. Cold.

Oh, pizza is called 'prosciutto' originally and comes with a little bag of rocket (lett.) as well.

Had a small bowl of lentil soup and a bit later a small wrap/tortilla filled with smoked trout plus a bit of lettuce, radish, tomato, spring onion, gherkin, cream cheese with herbs, black olives, capers, dill, etc.. for dinner this evening.

Was nice.

For lunch, just 10 minutes ago, I had some left-over lentil soup and a nice ripe peach (a flat wild one).

*note to self.. learn yourself to make lentil soup.. for you really like it*

For dinner I had a cutlet (pork), with boiled potatoes and a mix of string- and white beans (real butter and lots of nutmeg through it). A nice gravy with sliced up tomato, mushroom and onion alongside. Classic Dutch cuisine, I'd say. Was nice.

I think I would like Dutch cuisine very much. :)

Today I had bran flakes with peach and apricot in it (can't remember what exactly it's called but it is cereal). An apricot jam sandwich for lunch and heated up leftover pizza for dinner.
