Mmm, I have a little question concerning leftovers and..
Well, how do you reheat a meal like this properly? Somehow when I do it, it turns out not half as nice as the day before. I do it on too high a heat or maybe I should not stir it as often as I tend to do? Lit on (like I do).. wrong?
Might use my oven tomorrow with this dish.. with grated cheese on top.. but the same thing (less nice than before) happens with my Eastern dishes. Such a shame.
