Breakfast: glass of Light Original Silk and a Kashi granola bar.
Snack: A little bit of one of my mango Naked smoothie.
Late Lunch: Spaghetti (made with brown rice noodles, low-sodium tomato sauce, ground turkey browned with yellow onion, chopped bell pepper, shredded carrots, and some flax seed), with a generous dose of parmesan (I always have a little spaghetti with my parmesan), and some raw carrots.
Dinner: Who knows? Not even there yet. But am going out so I imagine whatever is available to me that I'm able to eat with regards to my insulin resistance.
