Class A combination with air brake, hazmat, and tanker endorsements.

And you're doing Allstate auto insurance commercials?  Isn't that a bit of oxymorony?

My good thing for today - Morning spent with the rescue kitties. Always makes me so happy. 3 were adopted since last week. Jet, Antigone and Sylvester are in their forever homes.

This is a fairly representitive cemetery in New Orleans.  The dead were "buried" above ground because the high water level in the ground often caused the coffins to float to the surface.  Burial above ground became the norm.  There are a lot of family tombs where 3 and 4 generations are buried above ground.  Now there are some cemeteries in the suburbs with in-ground burials.

Looks a bit like Greece.

In Sweden it's six feet under or rather two meters.  8)

My family's tomb looks a little bit like the darker grey one on the right.  I'll be the fourth generation in there.  Prince Albert will go with his Mom, aunts and brother who died at birth.

Seeing the graveyards in New Orleans is on my lifes to do list. I've always been to drawn to old graveyards with lots of history. Lit mentioned Greece, when I was there I was struck by all the roadside memorials. They build them on the place where the people died even though the bodies are buried elsewhere. Most are simple like the top one, some are elaborate. They have personal momentos in them, a candle, oil, rocks, and a picture of various saints.
