My babies are with me again. Had not seen them since 4 days from the crash. Little girl still recovering. Her Father healed up a little quicker than her.
Lots of hugs and cuddles. Their Dad is a wimp.  :hahaha:

Yeah, well, there was no such thread. But I can tell you this: seeing your son knocked out by meds and anesthetics and whatnot, just lying there, is no fun.

Yeah, well, there was no such thread. But I can tell you this: seeing your son knocked out by meds and anesthetics and whatnot, just lying there, is no fun.

I know.  One of the most difficult things I have ever done was handing my daughter over to the anaesthesiologist for her to have open heart surgery.

I think it's pretty similar to how you felt seeing your son lying there unconscious.  Any time a kid gets general anaesthesia, there's a chance they won't come out of it OK. 

What I was wondering while I was handing my daughter over for surgery was whether I would ever see her alive again or if this was goodbye.  I knew I couldn't upset her, so I had to stay very calm for her sake, no matter how I really felt inside.

I bought some sweets and now my mum knows when the next date for court is I can get a doctors appointment
