If you asked him, he'd say a video game. But what comes out when he's crying/thrashing/screaming is so much more than that. I think it was an accumulation of a lot of stress and he just lost it. had to explode because he couldn't hold it in anymore. Poor guy. But today is better. He's quiet. I think in recovery mode and we volunteered with the cats which is therapeutic for both of us.
