what course is it? I've seen you post about it before but have missed what the whole course actually is
It's kind of like an art therapy course. It's for creative types. It helps you work through the things that block you from reaching your full potential. Sounds cheesy but I've had two friends who are artsy like me and have had a lot of success with it. It helps you to turn around the negative self talk we all do to ourselves and move past what people say we should or should not be doing in order to accomplish what really makes us happy. A bit hippie sounding I'm sure, but it's pretty cool. Requires a good amount of reading, a lot of journalling, meeting twice a week with the class (only 6 students in total) and then something called "the artists date" where you immerse yourself in something creative and solitary for 2 hours a week. Creative being quite liberal - photography, crafting, nature walks, whatever ignites the senses to you. Anyway, I'm looking forward to it just nervous as I've never been to the building it's being held in and don't know anyone. Once I get through that I'll settle down.
