No that's a different one. my seizures brain scan is the following tuesday. I will go to that (not looking forward to it though)

I will go this tuesday as well as I dont wanna fuck them around. Don't see the point though tbh

Also thinking about quitting meds altogether. i don't think they can do much more for me now

I have been wondering how much of your medical problems have a basis in your stress over revealing your transgenderment.  If you were to be open with the medicians about this they may be able to get a better handle on what/how to prescribe for you.

PMSelle (I think) said something similar. the mental ones (ocd and SAD) are definitely related. physical ones maybe too. I'm sure I would be more fit and healthy in general if I could fix this as I'd be out more and exercise more.

I'm hoping this time next year I will be on testosterone and be changing all this though

Whether I should have Prince Albert put out of his misery.  

He seems to have developed gout (will see doctor soon for formal Dx).  Now the meal plans I've made have to be significantly altered since some of the foods I was going to serve are a gout no-no.  

Honestly, if he's going to be this much trouble then maybe I should get a newer model.

Heart racing can be caused by the stress you are going through indeed.

Go and be brave Soph. If need be, print out some things you have written here over the years on being trans. They'll see it is not something new popping up, but something that has been there and got more and more clear over the years.

They may not change the meds right away. But, taking the hurdle of telling them may be a relief for some of your symptoms already. And, they are medical staff, they are obliged to keep secret what you tell them. Once you tell them, they will have to take you serious on this. And that will make a difference for you I think.
