It would be super nice if I didn't have these acid reflux reactions several times a week.  The only cures I've yet figured are 1. getting enough sleep (i.e. it being weekend- well, some weekensd, anyway) 2. wearing super-loose clothing or 3. eating massive amounts of chocolate.

No but it's gotten worse recently.  Combination of work and life stress, plus work and life inability to have the ideal diet and eating schedule, I think.  Also might be something I'm eating regularly but I haven't been able to pinpoint what yet.
