Duuuude!  This is fuckin' crazy!  Look at the size of these things! *points to removed wisdom teeth*  These things are HUGE!  And they were in my fuckin' head!  One of 'em fuckin' pierced one of my sinus cavities. *Starts shuddering uncontrollably*  Everytime I look at them it fucks with my head.
