I wonder if it seems like more people hate more-well-known music because the people who hate that music are just naturally freer when they're bitching and moaning; and if so, what exactly causes this deficit in restraint, tact, and common sense (and does it also have to do with other cognitive deficits which would account for poor but vocal musical taste?).

My router is getting damn strange lately. The third slot, even when disconnected, is marked as having a connected established, and no other connections work unless it is truly connected. Connecting the third slot to my laptop makes the indicator blink constantly, and while it doesn't work, the other connections are miraculously fixed while doing so. Switching the laptop and main computer connections seem to make it all work, however.
