It's not something I know how to explain.

Zoloft caused a lot of shit, which is why I'll never touch an SSRI again. My current doc wants to put me on Effexor, claiming that it's not an SSRI. ::)
Silly argument really, its like saying you will never take paracetamol because morphine made you high.

Have you ever taken SSRIs, Hadron? Effexor and Zoloft share some interesting side-effects, as well as the typical withdrawal probs. And they both cause problems for your "good" obsessions, too.

If you don't know what you're talking about, maybe, just maybe, you should just shut up, or at least avoid the moronic similes. :finger:
I did very briefly, but then decided they were rather pointless. Never got any problematic side effects from them. Though I should point out, I don't really have obsessions anymore.

Oh shit did I take my tablet

I think I did. I remember my mum giving me it with a vitamin but I was stood up at the time. Ah fuck I'm pretty sure I did

Flo would never eat a pill anyway

And shit I just moved some cupboards around and I found a load of hamster food that my hamster had left behind one when he was hiding

My hamster died a few months ago btw

Flo came downstairs meowing to tell us that he'd died and I buried him in the garden with a plant pot over him so the foxes wouldn't dig him up

My brother was like "did he die the good way or the bad way?"

And I didn't know wtf he meant but my brother is 4 so I thought I'd better say he died the good way

So thne my brother went, "good, because if he died the bad way that would mean the devil killed him"

 :zombiefuck:

Where the fuck does he hear shit like that... just the other day he told me he "loves" the devil

We weren't even talking about the devil

Anyway fuck man, hoovering really takes a lot of eeffort

Never gonna complain about my mum hoovering my room ever again

Fluoxetine (Prozac) and sertraline (Zoloft), both SSRI's, didn't agree with me at all.  I experienced heightened anxiety, a distorted sense of speed/motion, paranoia and homicidal ideation, which got worse the longer I stayed on them, and which cleared up fairly quickly after discontinuing them.

Venlafaxine (Effexor), an SRNI, had a considerably different effect; it was very sedating, and I slept for 12+ hours a day and felt completely shit and exhausted the whole time I was taking it.

Lofepramine, a tricyclic anti-depressant, was similar to venlafaxine, but I think it was even more sedating and shitty.

I've also taken mirtazapine (Remeron), a tetracyclic noradrenergic and specific serotonergic antidepressant, and it took the edge off of some anxiety I was having at the time, but it also dried up my mucus membranes and gave me mild constipation, and I decided it wasn't worth the bother, especially since it could screw with cholesterol levels.

Atomoxetine (Strattera), a norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor, combined a more severe form of mirtazipine's mucus-membrane-drying and constipating effects with the sedating, exhausting, feel-like-shit effects of venlafaxine and lofepramine, and also brought a generous serving of apathy to the party.

The only bad things I have to say about dexamphetamine are that it's easy to develop a resistance to it, and coming off it in order to lower my resistance is pretty horrible; I get muscular pains and tingles, particularly in my legs, and I feel tired and shitty.  When I'm taking it and it's working, the benefits are impressive and the side-effects are barely noticeable.

Oh! My two favourite characters might be getting together!?
Please don't tell me you're talking about QuestionableContent.  If Hannelore starts having sex, there will be no question anymore about the series having jumped the shark.

Getting together doesn't always mean sex :P
renaeden and I get together but we don't have sex...

And yes I was meaning QC. And why would that signify it jumping shark?
